• You are responsible for reviewing generated content before using it in an application or professional context.
• Platform-generated content is provided to support your decision-making. It does not constitute professional career, legal, or financial advice.
• Huumanext does not guarantee employment outcomes from the use of generated documents.

Intellectual Property

• Platform: Software, design, and branding belong to Huumanext Platform Technologies Ltd..
• Your data: You retain full ownership of all data and content you upload.
• Generated documents: Resume documents and cover letters created using your data belong to you.

Subscription & Billing

Access to premium features requires a paid subscription. Billing details, pricing, and refund terms are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Payments are processed securely by our third-party provider.

Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We work continuously to maintain quality and availability, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. In no event will Huumanext Platform Technologies Ltd. be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use.

Termination

You may close your account at any time through your dashboard settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of the platform are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal, India.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or platform notification before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after that point constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
