Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview

We want you to feel confident subscribing. These terms are written to be clear and straightforward — so you know what to expect.

Subscription Plans

Subscriptions are available on monthly and annual billing cycles. Charges are processed automatically at the start of each billing period.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you do:

• Access to premium features continues until the end of your current billing period.
• Cancellation takes effect after that period ends — you are never cut off mid-cycle.
• Unused days within an active monthly billing cycle are not eligible for a partial refund.

Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds within the following windows from your first charge:

• Monthly plans: Full refund within 7 days.
• Annual plans: Full refund within 14 days.

Refund requests made after these windows are not eligible. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

The following fall outside our refund terms:

• Completed on-demand generation sessions that are separately charged or via add-on credits are non-refundable once generation is complete.
• Downgrading from a higher-tier plan to a lower-tier plan mid-cycle does not qualify for a partial refund. The updated rate applies from the next billing cycle.

Billing Disputes

If you see a charge that does not look right, contact us at info@careeros.huumanext.com with your account details. We aim to review and resolve all billing disputes within 5 business days.

How to Cancel

1. Sign in to your account.
2. Go to Dashboard → Settings → Subscription.
3. Select Cancel Plan and follow the steps.

Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
